Orders must be placed 48 hours in advance, prior to the delivery time. Deliveries can be made after 6 pm on weekdays and from 8am-7pm on weekends, local to the Orlando area. Pick up orders can be made if requested after 6pm on weekdays and varying times on weekends.
Customers must make a minimum purchase of 1 dozen (of the same type of cookie). Payments can be made online, directly to the website or in cash upon delivery. If you would like to request a receipt, please note that in your order or email us at email@example.com. For larger, custom orders, you will receive an invoice online that must be paid in full by the time of delivery.
Any ingredient requirements, dietary restrictions or questions should be mentioned in the order and we will try to accommodate what we can within our recipes. If we cannot meet your preferences, we will let you know and will not move on with the order. All details and preferences that were not made clear to us in the ordering process will not be considered or met. We are not responsible for any preferences that were not met, if they were not clearly mentioned.
Manufactured on shared equipment in an un-inspected kitchen that may contain peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, milk.
Custom orders and requests can be made at least 72 hours in advance. We would love to work with you to create an incredible recipe! For large orders with multiple batches of cookies or cupcakes, please give us 1-2 weeks advance notice.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out and let us know what we can do better next time. Refunds will be granted on a case by case basis. We strive to use the best ingredients to create the best product that we can.
